Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by June 15^th, 2017 (11:59 pm CET), 100% of the registration fee less EUR 30,00 will be refunded.
No refunds will be available for cancellations made after June 15^th, 2017 (00:00 am CET) or for no shows.
All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
